These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AutoAid Mobile Mechanic website and services. By booking a service, requesting assistance, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Mobile vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Breakdown assistance and recovery
  • Vehicle servicing and general mechanical work

Services are provided on a mobile basis within Warrington and surrounding areas unless otherwise agreed.

2. BOOKINGS

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, website forms, or messaging.
  • Booking times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, workload, or job complexity.
  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information.

3. DEPOSITS

  • Some repairs may require a deposit before booking confirmation.
  • Deposits secure parts ordering and technician time.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once parts have been ordered.

4. PAYMENTS

  • Payment is required upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
  • We may accept bank transfer, card payments, or other agreed methods.
  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

5. PARTS & MATERIALS

  • Parts may be supplied by AutoAid or provided by the customer.
  • We cannot guarantee customer-supplied parts.
  • Warranty for supplied parts follows manufacturer terms.

6. WARRANTIES

  • Labour warranty may apply to repairs carried out by AutoAid.
  • Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unrelated faults, or normal wear and tear.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on.
  • Accurate vehicle information must be provided.
  • Unsafe working environments may result in refusal of service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • AutoAid is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party factors.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of earnings or business interruption.
  • Personal belongings inside vehicles remain the owner's responsibility.

9. WEBSITE USE

  • Information on this website is provided for general guidance.
  • Service availability, pricing, and descriptions may change.
  • Content may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. SERVICE REFUSAL

AutoAid reserves the right to refuse or stop service if working conditions are unsafe, if abuse or harassment occurs, or if false information has been provided.
