The vehicle is in a safe and accessible location.
The vehicle has adequate oil, coolant, and battery charge.
All existing faults, noises, leaks, warning lights, breakdown history, overheating events, recoveries or recent repairs are disclosed.

4. Customer-Supplied Parts
If a customer supplies their own parts:
No warranty is provided on those parts.
We are not responsible for the part’s quality, compatibility, or function.
Any subsequent failure of a customer-supplied part is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Additional labour and call-out fees will apply if the part is incorrect or fails.
5. Diagnostics
Diagnostic work identifies faults based on the information available at that time.
Vehicles with multiple issues may require more than one diagnostic session.
We do not guarantee that a single diagnostic will identify every fault present on a neglected or complex vehicle.

Subsequent failures caused by poor maintenance
8. Behaviour & Conduct
Abusive, threatening, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will result in:

Any threats made towards our business may be reported.
9. Call-Out & Labour Fees
A standard call-out fee applies to:
All diagnostic visits
All repair visits
Additional return visits
Any inspection requested after the initial job
Work is only carried out once the customer agrees to the cost.

Additional administrative fees
11. Completion of Work
When work is completed, we confirm:
The specific component repaired or replaced
That the repair is functioning correctly at the time of completion
Any future issues with the vehicle are separate from the completed repair and subject to new call-out and labour charges.
