Booking & availability

How do I book?

Use the Book Now page, message us on WhatsApp, or call. Send your reg, postcode, and the issue and we’ll confirm a slot.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Sometimes, yes — it depends on the job type and location. We’ll always be honest about availability and give the next best slot.

Do you take a deposit?

For certain jobs where we need to order parts in advance, we may ask for a deposit to cover parts.

Can you collect and return my vehicle?

For selected jobs we may be able to arrange collection and return. If the vehicle isn’t drivable, recovery may be required.

Pricing

Do you have fixed prices?

Some services are priced as set packages. For repairs, we provide a quote based on the vehicle, symptoms, and parts required.

What does “diagnostics” include?

Diagnostics usually includes fault code read, live data checks where needed, and initial testing to confirm the likely cause. If a job requires strip-down time, we’ll explain this before proceeding.

Do you charge if you can’t fix it?

We charge for time spent diagnosing and attending. If a repair isn’t possible on-site, we’ll explain the next steps and options.

Do you charge extra for travel?

Our standard area is around Warrington. If you’re outside our usual range, we may offer an alternative (bring the vehicle to us) or a slightly higher call-out price.

Can you clear warning lights?

We can clear codes, but if the fault is still present the light may return. We’ll advise what’s best based on the issue.

Can you diagnose non-starts?

Yes — we do non-start diagnosis, battery/charging tests, starter/alternator checks and fault finding. Tell us if it cranks, clicks, or does nothing.

Do you need special tools for every job?

Some jobs need more specialist tools or a workshop environment. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you upfront and offer a plan.

What repairs can you do on a driveway?

Most common repairs: brakes, batteries, starters, alternators, servicing, diagnostics, some suspension work and many more — depending on access and weather.

Do you supply parts?

Yes. We can supply and fit parts. In some cases we can fit customer-supplied parts, but we’ll confirm this before booking.

Do you offer warranties?

Parts typically come with manufacturer warranty. Labour warranty depends on the job and parts used — we’ll confirm this with your quote.

Do you work on all makes and models?

We work on most common makes and models. If it’s something specialist, send the details and we’ll advise.
